Cara Chamberlin, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
"I am a licensed occupational therapist with over a decade of experience in pediatric occupational therapy. I earned my Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Belmont University and work at our Jonesboro clinic, where I enjoy working with children of all ages, from infancy through young adulthood.
I am a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI®) through the World Institute for Nurturing Communication (WINC) and am certified in Handwriting Without Tears. I have a special interest in sensory integration and love helping children develop the skills and confidence they need to participate more independently in their everyday lives through meaningful, individualized, and play-based therapy.
My favorite part of being an occupational therapist is getting to know each child as an individual. I believe in treating the whole child rather than focusing on just one diagnosis or area of concern. By considering each child’s sensory, physical, emotional, and developmental needs, I strive to create a supportive environment where children feel supported, confident, and empowered to reach their fullest potential.
